2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for new, unused, and unopened items with intact seals within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Tamper seal must be intact

  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items with broken or removed seals

  • Skincare that has been tested or applied

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of product and packaging

If approved, TREALEE8 will:

  • Replace the item

  • Issue store credit

  • Or provide a refund

Skin Sensitivity / Reactions

Individual skin responses vary.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Skin reactions

  • Personal preferences

  • Dissatisfaction after use

We recommend reviewing ingredients and performing a patch test.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Trackable shipping recommended

Refund Processing

  • 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Additional time may vary by bank

3. SHIPPING

Orders processed within 2–5 business days

Not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Incorrect addresses

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Returned orders may have shipping costs deducted from refunds.

4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once marked “Delivered”:

  • TREALEE8 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

We may assist with claims or offer store credit at our discretion.

5. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Request verification

  • Limit quantities
